SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How will my order be delivered?

  • Lightweight or small items are shipped to your home via Dicom or Canada Post.
  • Heavy or bulky items are delivered to the authorized Lapierre distributor of your choice.
  • You always have the option to pick up any order directly at one of the 6 Lapierre stores.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Free for any order of $400 or more (before taxes) delivered to your home.
  • $39.99 for orders under $400 delivered to your home.

Can I track my package?

Yes, if the carrier provides a tracking number, it will be communicated to you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days after receipt to return your order.

What are the conditions for a return?

  • The product must be in its original packaging, and the packaging must be intact.
  • Important note: Certain items are excluded from returns: food containers (bottles, jugs), electrical or electronic parts, and used or modified merchandise.

Are there return fees?

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Note: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, no fees apply, and shipping costs are covered by Lapierre.

How do I proceed with a return?

You must contact customer service to obtain a return number and specific instructions.

It is possible to drop off your return at an authorized Lapierre distributor.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Lapierre will ship available items first. The rest of the order will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost as soon as the new merchandise is received at the warehouse.

ONLINE ORDER

Is it possible to place an order online and pick up my equipment at my distributor?

It is not possible to pick up an online order at a distributor. Online ordering with the pickup option applies only to the 6 Lapierre stores.
